HF Cows are also know as Holstein Friesians and an important cow breed. They are mainly originated from the Friesland province of northern Netherlands. These cows usually have black and white or red and white color with spotted pattern all over the body. HF cows are mainly farmed due to their high dairy production. The healthy cow of this breed may produce an of 10000 kg of milk per year and the average production is 6000 to 7000 Kg per year. The milk produced by these cows are highly rich in butterfat and protein. A fully grown healthy cow usually weighs between 680 Kg to 770 Kg and are 150 cm to 165 cm tall.
